MAKING SUSTAINABILITY BUSINESS AS USUAL

If we are going to have a measurable impact fast enough we have to work with the big players that already have a profound impact on society today

The current rate of efforts being taken on a global level to reach the 2030 agenda, is not enough. If we are going to reach the global goals and ensure a future to look forward to, we need to step it up and take extraordinary action in all parts of society!
An essential component in this is SDG 17- Partnership for The Goals.
Joining forces
We believe that business should be about sustainability. To meet the sustainability goals; finance and investments play a major role and are key to succeed in tackling the challenges and unlocking the opportunities. We are therefore joining forces with Norway´s largest asset manager, The Storebrand Group. They are and have been in the forefront in leading the way and being a courageous pathfinder.

Storebrand has worked with sustainability for more than twenty years. It is an integral part of Storebrand's business activities. The Storebrand Group is a leading player in the Nordic market for long-term savings and insurance. They manage investments of more than NOK 700 billion.
Their ambitions are high, their commitment is serious and we are proud to have Storebrand on board working together towards a thriving sustainable planet
Together we are going to bridge the experience and resources that lay within Storebrand with the minds of some of the best young talents from all around the world. Through Insight Factory, we connect knowledge with creativity to gain novel insight on core areas within Storebrand. Furthermore, we are pushing forward the case of making sustainability business-as-usual through collaboration on the Earthpreneurs 2019 event.

One of our core beliefs in YSI has always been that entrepreneurship and innovation could be part of solving our biggest challenges and that youth should be a driving force. If we combine this with the experience from the business sector, we can make this happen, and there is no limit to what we can achieve together.
